Motion's Discount Personalized Smart Card is issued to students (regardless of nationality) of Universities and Schools of Higher Education (Public and Private) in Cyprus and to students that study abroad.

Issuance takes place at the two offices of OSEA in Paralimni, as long as they present to the Issuer one of the 4 following supporting documents:

1) a student ID from an approved (Public or Private) University of Cyprus (see list below),

or 2) a student ID from approved (Public) Schools of Higher Education in Cyprus (see list below),

or 3) a student ID linked to the European Youth Card which has been issued either by the Cyprus Youth Organization or by a competent organization of another European state,

or 4) a European Youth Card for students which has been issued either by the Cyprus Youth Organization or by a competent organization of another European state.

The approved (Public or Private) Universities of Cyprus of which student ID cards are accepted for the issuance of a Motion Discount Personalized Smart Card are the following:

1. University of Cyprus

2. Cyprus University of Technology (CUT)

3. Open University of Cyprus (OUC)

4. Frederick University

5. European University Cyprus

6. University of Nicosia

7. Neapolis University Pafos

8. University of Central Lancashire Cyprus (UCLan)

9. Philips University

10. American University of Cyprus (AUCY)

The approved (Public) Higher Education Schools of Cyprus of which student ID cards are accepted for the issuance of a Motion Discount Personalized Smart Card are the following:

1. The Police Academy of Cyprus (Nicosia)

2. The Cyprus Forestry Collage

3. Mediterranean Institute of Management (Nicosia)

4. Post Secondary Institutes of Vocational Education and Training

5. The School for Tourist Guides

The registration certificates of the above schools will be accepted until the end of October of each academic year. From November onwards it will be necessary to show a student ID or European Youth Card for students!

The digital student IDs of the approved Universities and Schools of Higher Education of Cyprus are also accepted for the issuance of a Motion Discount Personalized Smart Card, as well as the digital European Youth Cards for students.
